Launches the Road Call-up background job to update the call-up board at the current scope level. As soon as a straddle carrier completes a job for a truck and the lane becomes available, this job updates the call-up board with the next truck ID. In the Background Jobs view, the scope appears in the name: roadCallUp<scope>
